Returns & Exchanges
Policy effective with orders placed on or after 4/3/26
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, open your order confirmation email and click “View your order.” From there you can select Request return and follow the prompts. Please reach out to misfitmed43@gmail.com if you run into any issues with that.
Once your request is submitted, we’ll review it and follow up with the next steps.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
• unused and unwashed
• in the same condition you received them
• returned within 30 days of delivery
Once clothing has been used, outside of trying it on, we unfortunately can’t accept it back.
Exchanges
If your return is related to fit or sizing, we’re always happy to help with an exchange whenever possible.
For exchanges, we cover shipping the exchanged product back to you. This includes the cost of shipping the replacement item out to you. The price of shipping the original product back to Misfit Medicine is on the customer.
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or item, just mention that when submitting your return request.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we’re happy to process that once the item is received and inspected.
The cost of the return shipping will be up to you to pay.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please submit a return request through your order page and note the issue. We’ll make it right.
